1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made by E.A.G.Y. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), owned by Valeriia Sazonov, located in Nof HaGalil, Israel. This Agreement is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") who accepts the terms and conditions outlined below, thereby gaining access to the services and informational materials offered by the Provider through its platform.
1.2. By accepting this Agreement and paying for the services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Acceptance of the Agreement is considered equivalent to entering into a legally binding contract under the conditions specified.
1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance of the offer) is confirmed by the Client's submission of an application on the website, including a valid email address, and payment for the Provider's services in accordance with the selected plan.
1.4. By paying for the services, the Client guarantees that they have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, including the pricing specified on the Provider's website.
1.5. The services provided by the Provider are not medical or psychological consultations. The Client confirms that the services are aimed exclusively at coaching and skill development. The Provider does not guarantee specific results, as the success of the services depends on the Client's efforts and engagement. These services cannot be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological assistance.
1.6. The Client confirms that they are mentally healthy, are not registered with neuropsychiatric or psychiatric institutions, have no diagnosed mental disorders, and fully understand their actions and the consequences of using the provided services, including coaching and NLP. The Client assumes full responsibility for any changes in their condition resulting from the application of the services and materials provided.
1.7. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the use of NLP techniques, subconscious work, and related methodologies as part of the services provided. The Client confirms that they participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for the outcomes of these techniques.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:
- "Offer" — this document, the Public Offer Agreement for providing access to the Provider's services and informational materials.
- "Acceptance of the Offer" — the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Client.
- "Client" — any legally capable individual who expresses a desire to receive services from the Provider and accepts the terms of this Offer.
- "Provider" — E.A.G.Y., registered under Israeli law, providing services and access to informational materials.
- "Services" — all types of services provided by the Provider, including courses, trainings, consultations, coaching, NLP, books, meditations, individual and group coaching, diagnostic sessions, and others.
- "Platform" — the website and other online resources owned by the Provider through which services are provided to the Client.
- "Informational Materials" — any video, audio, graphic, text, or other materials hosted on the Provider's platform.
3. Subject of the Offer
3.1. The Provider agrees to provide the Client with services and access to informational materials, along with informational support, as outlined in the chosen plan. The Client agrees to accept and pay for such access.
3.2. The composition, themes, and content of the services and informational materials depend on the course, training, or consultation selected by the Client. Descriptions of courses, trainings, consultations, and tariffs are published on the platform.
3.3. The informational materials and services provided under this Agreement are for the Client's personal use only. The Client is not permitted to distribute the materials to third parties.
4. Terms of Access and Service Provision
4.1. The Client accepts the Offer by completing the registration form (application) and making a prepayment for the Provider's services according to the selected plan.
4.2. The Provider grants access to the services and informational materials only upon meeting the following conditions:
- The Client has submitted their registration details and completed the application form.
- The Client has accepted the Offer and paid for access according to the selected plan and course.
4.3. The service is considered rendered once access to the relevant course, training, or consultation is provided.
4.4. The Provider offers services exclusively to mentally healthy individuals. By accepting this Offer, the Client confirms that they do not have diagnosed mental disorders and are not under psychiatric supervision.
5. Service Fees and Payment Terms
5.1. The cost of access is listed on the Provider's platform and may vary depending on the selected plan and payment timeline.
5.2. Payment for services is made by the Client as a 100% advance payment.
5.3. Payment under this Agreement is made via bank transfer, online payment systems, or other payment methods specified on the platform.
5.4. Payment obligations are considered fulfilled once the payment amount is credited to the Provider's account.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds are issued if the Client submits a refund request to the Provider before access is granted.
6.2. Refund requests must be sent to the Provider's email address. The Provider will decide on the refund or refusal within 10 days of receiving the request.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Provider undertakes to:
- Ensure the proper quality of the services provided.
- Provide the Client with access to services and informational materials as specified in this Agreement.
7.2. The Provider has the right to:
- Modify the scope of services, fees, and terms of this Offer without prior agreement with the Client.
- Suspend the provision of services upon receipt of a refund request.
7.3. The Client undertakes to:
- Comply with all rules for receiving services as established by the Provider.
- Pay for services in full.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the received materials and not distribute them.
7.4. The Client has the right to:
- Receive services from the Provider under the terms of this Agreement.
8. Term and Amendments to the Offer
8.1. This Offer becomes effective upon the Client's acceptance and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled by both parties.
8.2. Amendments to the Offer become effective upon their publication on the Provider's platform.
9. Liability of the Parties
9.1. The parties bear responsibility for failure or improper performance of obligations under this Offer in accordance with Israeli law.
9.2. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Offer or related to it shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in court at the Provider's location.
9.3. The Provider is not liable for any deterioration in the Client's psychological or mental state, or for any consequences resulting from the application of the techniques, services, or materials provided.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Israel. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Israel.
